cool the reason i asked was bc my current draws are the DMM prowires:
in case you haven't seen one they are crazy small, with an even crazier narrow ass peice of sling (dynema?) joining the 2 biners.
This makes them light ass hell but there is a critical design flaw. The thin sling is flimsy and can flip around easily. But i can prevent this by "tightening" both ends of the draw. This way ensuring that my gate opening is always orientated away from me (when climbing).
Just wanted to make sure that i wasnt violating some serious safety issues by having both ends firmly attached.
