scin is the mountain dew code red machine! we were at a party once, and he didn't want to get drunk, so he just shotgunned like 10 code reds and then did a code red stand...while painting his naked testicle dangling like a wind chime.

Not sure what your daily work enviroment is like, but I work in a bodyshop and through the winter months the bay doors rarly open, by the weeks end my chest is tight and inorder to take a deep breath requires more stomach involvement than usuall. So I've always contributed it to my respirtory system to be constanly under some sort of inflamation. Not sick just inflamed. I also notice that it starts to improve through the weekend and then the cycle starts all over again on Monday.
Once Spring arrives and the doors open everything goes back to normal again.
Is this kinda what happen to you?
If so I've tried everything, except calling the EPA.. No solution except fresh air and less work.

Slowly. Its the particles smaller than a few microns that cause lung cancer and other bad things. The particles that you see floating in the air ,your body can filter.
You need a good Niosh mask with replaceable disks. a beard interferes with the seal around your face and lets stuff through. at the very least wear a throw away mask. A fireman friend saw me making dust in the woodshop and brought me a good mask. It's not that comfy but it's awesome for keeping sawdust out of my system.
