one of the best things i have found for ankles is the Alphabet. While sitting with your foot in the air, (say off the end of your lazy-girl) pretend your big toe is a pencil. or crayon, etc. go through all the letters and don;t half ass it. take each pencil stroke to full range of motion. til your foot won't go any further. you should get some nice popping and crackling. at least i do. works pretty well all in all.
