Doing Bonzo in one pitch sounds silly to me. Communication would be difficult and the rope drag would be horrendous.
Anyway, back on topic. I know it can be done in one long pitch so it isn't necessarily multi-pitch, but Roadside Attraction (5.7) is a fantastic lead for a beginning trad leader (such as myself).

If you count roadside attraction as multi-pitch, then there are a bunch of "multi-pitch" routes in the red:
RTOCS - 4 pitches
Buddha hole 3 pitches (many of the other solar routes are 2-3 pitches)
Mule - two pitches
Reliquary, 1-5, depending on how many of the knee bars you use.
Etc...
