its the red. you can always find dry climbs of any grade/type. spring is a great time to visit. when the days are good they will be best days you can have at the red.
obed may be a little warmer but not much if any and gets as much or more rain then we do here. little river not sure of but bet would be warmer with close to same rain forcast.

Listen to your elders. Dipsi is right! Yesterday it was mid 40's and sunny. A great day of climbing was had by all. But we're up here at the Gunks! Climb-Safe, an other Elder.

Obed and LRC in March. Ditto on the unpredictable weather and what not. The Obed is totally awesome- I live only 45 minutes from it. Here's what I'd suggest. There aren't really any places to stay inside when you are climbing at the Obed, or LRC to my knowledge. But at the Red there are an abundance of indoor accomodations. And the Obed is only a 2.5-3.5 hour drive down the road! I have definitely woken up at the Red, said screw this (rainy, cold, condensed, whatever), and driven to TN to climb in perfect conditions at the Obed. LRC would be a bit harder to drive to in a day though... that's much further down the road.

Last March I got rained out 4 weekends in a row and it was cold.

That was just last year, I can't say how it will be this spring--someone says they are due for a drought. (is that how you spell it? or is that the spelling for beer?)
In April 2006, my project was wet 3 out of 4 weekends, even though it wasn't raining all of the time. Depends on what you want to climb I guess. Some stuff stays pretty dry.
