Breakdancing is an amazing sport! My college had a breakdance team. They really learn how to solicit their center of gravity for balance and use momentum to do pretty cool stunts. Plus, they are all freaks of strength!

holy fucking christ on a stick. WOW.

I can remember getting all psyched about being able to go from a sitting position to a handstand but in comparison to this guy I'm a sponge.

After seeing it done first hand in NYC this past new years, i experimented for a few months to see if i could utilize my sturdy core, however lack of balance, rythm, and the 'freakish strenght' factor, resulted in 4 mediocre sustained holds and a recurring shoulder injury, i imagine "buddy" or "junior" or whatever the hell his name is could probly send a few 10's first go.

This breakdancer is named Junior. Look him up if you think its fake, there are more videos of him pulling sick moves all over. He placed 3rd in this competition actually (Red Bull Contest)

Most of what hes doing isn't breakdancing at all...

Its gymnastics. Poor form, but gymnastics nonetheless. Most of those skills are about balance and core, not shoulder strength. If you hurt your shoulder, you were doin it wrong or you have weak shoulders.

That "push up with no feet" is a planche. Its pretty easy with your legs spread, much harder with your legs together.

That said, hes incorporated it well, better than most breakers do. And he makes it look good....

i would imagine i bath both weak shoulders and horribly poor form when it comes to break "gymnastics", i suppose my rythm, or the lack thereof, is the least of my worries, but my goal is to do everything once, and if possible do it well. I tore my right hand and left leg up in a bike vs car wreck yesterday, so most all of my hobbies will be put on hold until i heal, but there will be a reckoning, oh yes. Ive noticed that most things in life are easier when spreading your legs, take pregnancy for example, muff said, i mean nuff said.
