Is there a throw near the top of Dinosaur, or am I doing it wrong???

Wrong. all you have to do is extend your height by about a foot.

i remember having to kill a terrorist cell operating out of the crux hold. they had put suicide bombers on the anchors. i just pulled out my white sack swinging in the wind and told them to remove themselves from this white mans path. they died.
