You could always set someone up by putting on gloves and rubbing poison ivy all over the biners. After you are done, clean them with rubbing alcohol.

Won't work on everyone though. I've practically rolled around in poison ivy before and ... nothing. What would be a better solution, is to use the little hairs found on stinging nettles and glue them individually to the biners. I've never met anyone resistant to formic acid (though I have eaten stinging nettles before and they just ... well they f**ing sting).
