not a single one of these posers has ever climbed a 5.12, so ignore them.

if you climb alot oyu build endurance. you may be able to go out and pull a 5.12 move but if you can't hang on then you ain't gonna make it. Just climb as much as you can man. best advice

A really good non injuring workout is:
take 2 ten pound weights, tie them to your knees and then do 1 finger lock offs/ pullups.. etc..

Then, do the following endurance regiment
1.Find a rock climbing gym closest to where you live. become a member.
2. So in every gym, there is one guy that climbs really strong. Lets call him Klem. Get to know Klem, find out what problems he is working on, who his parents are, what his girlfriend looks for in a guy.. etc.
3. This is the key part to the regiment. Get to know the owners wife, and do whatever it takes to obtain a key to the gym. Then come in after hours every night, and work the klem's project, figuring out a funky sit start that makes it even harder
4. When Klem's project is dialed, go to the gym and wait untill he gets on it. at that point, slap on the sit-start holds, and ask Klem for a spot
5. This is the kicker. Do the sit start version of the route infront of Klem, but as you wing off the finsihing jug, be sure to fall directly on him, breaking his neck. Now, not only does Klem have to live with the knowelege of you sending his project, he will also have to live with the knowelege he is paralyzed from the nose down
6. With Klem only able to do chin hooks and head jams, you are the new badass at your gym. At this point, console Klem's girlfriend. Suggest a late night walk on the beach to "talk" about her problems. Once there, she will fall for you knowing you are a much better climber than Klem

In a way this is not an endurance regiment, but a way to suceed in all walks of life
I hope i have been helpful

Negitive one arm, two finger campus training is key to sending 5.12 in the red.

a long enough stick clip is the key to sending hard.

gregkerzhner, Hey that's great!! I already climb @ Adventure Rock in WI, and believe it or not, the gyms best climber is actualy my bro. It would be hard to steel someone that doesn't exist but I could probably work some of the stuff my brother puts up. As funney as it is, your chick stealing, owner's wife manipulating, brother pummling plan actualy helps. Thanks!!

What about power endurace??
Im traing for a USAC comp @ my gym and Iv'e got to climb against Tayler Hack :(
