My goal this fall is like Ray's. Build my base, do many more .12a and .12b. Plus I want to enjoy a season without being obsessed with one route that keeps me going back to the same cliff weekend after weekend. I spent all last fall at the Dark Side getting my ass kicked on Shanghai. Plus I think I might learn to bolt this winter and I am psyched about that.
Yeah, Wes! Falling is way more fun to spray about than sending. I can wager that Pigsteak will mandate that they need to be at least 45 feet before spraying is allowed.
My goal is to improve mentally. I could care less what grade I climb as long as I quit freaking out when I get over the bolt and feel like I might fall. I want to be able to focus on the actual climbing and push myself to my limit.
We're all in this together
Walkin' the line between faith and fear
This life don't last forever
When you cry I taste the salt in your tears.

That is awesome, Artsay. This is my goal too.. I don't care what the number 5.9 or 5.13a I just want to climb lots of new stuff! Like "Lip Service" that I did for the firat time last weekend RAD! Hopefully I'll have some new sends at every level by the end of November; however, 54 may be a little tough!
Lest we all forget... climbing is a mostly meaningless pursuit that we do for fun.
