I have always heard the saying "cold hands cold heart". Perhaps you need to do something to increase your karmic activity.

Supposedly putting your hands and feet in a bucket of hot water for 5 minutes and then cold water for 5 minutes alternating for 20 minutes. Do this a couple of times a day.

I thought it was "cold hands, warm heart"?

I'm sitting in my office with my sweater, coat, and a space heater blowing on my legs- maybe all office managers think if the room temp. is colder then we'll work harder... but I hate being this cold!!

My chiropractor who complained that my hands and feet are too cold told me that the best way to remedy that is to use soy lecithin (2000 mg). It makes the capillaries more elastic (good for getting shiny hair and curing brittle nails too) so it increases circulation. He said that he had a vascular doplar and actually saw the difference when he started using the stuff.

quit being a girl and grow some balls..

actually i mean that: women keep their circulation focused more on their torso while men keep blood flow to all their extremeties when it gets cooler. has to do with what's more important for survival. women need to keep the baby alive while men are more concerned with just getting out alive.. natural selec-- wait.. i mean intelligent design at work!

Sassafras tea will thin your blood and improve circulation. it's about the right time of year to get it fresh too. tastes a bit like root beer.

Reminds me of a quote from some movie: "Do you want to the girl, but leave me alone!"
