dipsi, if i'm a productive little bee i'll wip up a delite sweet enough to get the lederhosen (sp?) off of any person with hommage to duetchland who'll then scream "ich liebe dich"!, you lucky gal. (so get your spray sheild ready.)

however, if i'm not a productive bee i'll just bring the standard from scratch cookies to die for. yum!

All this talk of German ... I thought I'd share that Saturday, I discovered my new favorite beer: Franziskaner Weissbier. Man, that stuff is good. Maybe I could bake beer bread for this? I doubt it - I'd drink it all before it gets to the bread mix.

Sorry I can't help, I'll be too drunk to bake.

On the subject of beer, we are planning on having Warsteiner on tap for the event. For those who do not drink or are underage there will be soft drinks. Also, the event meal will consist of a choice of mettwurst or bratwurst, sauerkraut, coleslaw, and baked beans. I know there are things that you can bake using sauerkraut?

Sounds good, but free Gas-X samples might be needed after all this stuff.....and open flame permits.
