On a side note, how in the hell do you find the motivation and time to train so much?

I only ran about 4 miles a few days a week for the past few weeks. My time wasn't that great and my performance during the last run was pitiful as a result of not training. I really suck at running but I've always been a cyclist so I knew I could at least finish the damn thing. Next time I think I'll train. I can barely walk today.

all about priorities....saying no to the beer on friday so you can kill yourself saturday morning...not always an easy choice....the way ray did it was even tougher....drinking his beer while on the training runs....right?

Hell yea man. Camelbacks filled with beer make for great training runs. I'm thinking about making beer flavored hammer gel.
