For those of you that a)can't wait ten or fifteen minutes (or however long that video is) or b) don't have the bandwidth to watch it, the very last few seconds say,

"2nd Annual Gathering, Saturday September 24 2005."

I'm going to try to make it. Will there be free beer and weenies?

The size of one's bandwidth DOES matter.

sniff sniff - makes me even more homesick for the Red. Nice video guys. LOVE hearing about the success of Muir. Really amazing what everyone has done there. Way to go. We'd be there if we were closer to the Red. Have a blast - uh wow, didn't know the Manimal could move like that....!!!!

In a nutshell, it's a promo video for the upcoming Muir Valley trailday, dubbed the GATHERING (Greater Access To Help Everyone Rejoice In Nature's Goodness) - to be held on September 24, 2005.

Through the video/slideshow, we wanted to show what has been done in the past year (and a half) in Muir Valley - what you can expect to see/find there as a nature preserve. We also wanted to show the success of last year's trail day and to invite everyone to join us again this year for more fun, frolicking and fellowship.
