you guys lost weight when you ran?!?
Nah, had to diet along with it! Running does reshape my lower body, abate my appetite, and help me sleep better at night. That's when I seriously run. Right now, I'm 2 miles about 3 times a week. That's honestly all I have time for....dammit! I squeeze in yoga, lifting, and climbing when I can. I need an old sugar daddy!

longlegsrule, I started a similar thread on this awhile back so maybe you could find an answer there: http://www.redriverclimbing.com/viewtop ... 44&start=0

You're nearly a waif so I don't know why you're worried about weight loss. Try focusing on toning yourself and just staying healthy.

I'm not worried about weight really...but yeah I am worried about toning...more interested for a few other friends of mine that do have weight to lose...

and I didn't assume you all had any weight to lose when you started...that's why I was shocked that you did lose weight...

so back to the obsessive working out thing...I have a friend that's a freak about running...he's only and inch taller than me and weighs 145-150 pds...to me THAT's obsessive...holding onto his arm...you'd think you were holding onto a twig...
