Pardon my ignorance, but what is a "fixed stick clip"?

Stick clip left behind for community use. These are usually a bit economical consisting of tree limbs and duct tape. I believe there is one at Torrent near BMT.

Yep, but the one at the load is a normal pole one with a clamp. Usually seems to be over near the undertow wall...

theres also one at the darkside. there is also one with a toothbrush there as well.
