details?
omg this is going to be long...

so i order 10 draws...got a confirmation that my credit card had been charged appropriately...

2 days later i lost my wallet...so i had to cancel my cards
1 day later mgear calls and says:
yeah uh we have to break up charges on ccs so where your order was $113 the first charge to your card was only $101 so you still owe us $11...do you want to give us your new card number or write us a check

so i was fine with this and wrote them a check for $11 (i was slightly upset that i wasn't going to be able to use them last weekend but...shit happens)

so i waited few days for the check to go through...waited...waited...I realize they are in WA state but come on!!!

i forgot about it for a couple of days...been busy...but tue i remembered and thought...well ill call them tomorrow it's been 3-4 wks...
funny...they called me on wed...left a message saying...yeah uh stacey we are only showing that you've paid $11 on your account and we need the other $101 by tomorrow or we are cancelling your order...WHAT?!?!?!?!

so i called back...the guy was a complete cheese ball non-stop talker...it took me 3 min before i could even get a word out...finally i yelled into the phone for him to hush for a second....
told him that my cc had already been charged and he had better straighten it out right now and i didnt owe them anything....that they owed me for freakin having to wait this long for an order and it wasn't my fault they decided to split up the charge on my card...
so he starts apologizing and looking at the account closer....shouldn't he of done this before he called me?!?
funny...he finds that he is completely in the wrong...that i don't owe anything...and then proceeds to blame someone else for this mistake and that my check would be applied to the account immediately and my draws shipped out that day....
i still have yet to receive a tracking number....

Sounds like it's time for them to upgrade your order for free.
