If you have some free time and want a really good record player go to some estate auctions. I've heard of $2,000 record players selling for under $100.

Newpapers and auction listings. There should be at least one local auctioneer (sp?). Call up their office and ask for a list of auctions this month. Go and see what you can see.longlegsrule wrote:how do I find out about estate sales?
