I am now, always have been, and always shall be a gumby. I love being a gumby. I learn something each time I get on the rock, and I hope it never stops! I will never be as quick, or strong, or fast to learn as you young climbers, and I will always admire your skills and envy the years you have before you. I may never be on a 12, and I may always be a shameless belay 'ho, but I guarandamnty I will always have fun.
I love climbing rocks!

Dipsi is the queen of good karma. She brings it with her wherever she goes & I love her.
I love you Di!!!
What's wrong with bein a gumby anyway? I enjoy the thought of constantly having something to learn & that I have many grades to conquer. This is the best part! I can be proud of myself everytime I go out b/c I'm doing something I've never done before practically every time I climb.

The best part of being a Gumby is the time messing with Pokey.

Stewy, will you never learn? You need to add lube because the ass is not self-lubricating like other orifices. Try adding a little salvia before you grab your ankles, gumby.

Bump...
So define gumby? I've been climbing 14 years and have never bolted a route. Does that make me a gumby? Does route development even matter when we're talking about gumbiness? Or is it just about how hard you climb? Or what about someone that climbs hard but is inexperienced? So is it inexperienceness = gumbiness? Or is it # of years climbing = experience? And why do we park our car in the driveway and drive our car on the parkway? Why???
