I say yes. I don't know her personally, but I will say that she's too damned attractive to not be here... did I say that?

i love yasmeen how about you?!
Okay, this is just wrong and ghey. If anything, she should stay away so she is not subjected to cheezy cheering. I say we kick VA off the island.
P.S. It was fun climbing with you last night!

You can't kick me off of an island that doesn't exist.
Does this island have climbing? If not, then I don't care if it doesn't exist, kick me off anyway!

"Free?"
As in First Ammendment "Free speech?"
This ammendment was not enacted to cover everything that spews from mouths. There was a time when decent folks understood the concept of slander and it's legal ramifications.
And more importantly, there was a time when decent folks showed respect for their friends and colleagues even in matters of disagreement.
Then, along came the internet and forums. Some people seem derive sadistic pleasure in inhabiting these dens, hiding behind aliases, and cruelly sniping at one another.
Part of this RRC forum provides a wealth of knowledge to the climbing community. Another part often reads like a place for tourettes sufferers to vent.
I know, I know... there's a lotta heat in this here kitchen. And if we can't stand it...
But it is sad that a lot of decent folks who, face to face, treat each other kindly, turn into monsters when they post to this forum.

weber,
well said. my point merely is that the two offenders should have settled their differences outside of this very public forum. if they chose not too, then there is nothing we can (or should) do about it. if yas chooses to not post here, that is her choice. I don't think "begging" a person to return is a very smart choice, as it merely plays into the whole "woe is me" scenario. if she were to be convinced to come back, i would say that is something she and wes should should discuss privately, since it relates to their issue, and it seems wes felt he had a very strong justification for his original actions. if he has changed his mind, he tells her, not us.
until then, we know you are reading yas....lurking is a bigger addiction than posting. I went thru rehab and just decided to come clean.
