I bed to differ...

I have a picture somewhere...I once took a nap with a 6 ft long red tail boa...he didn't curl up...he stretched completely straight on top of my stomach and just layed there while I slept...and then he had a great big poop an hr after I woke up...I guess he really liked being stroked on his tummy.

Sandy I think your baby is great...Meadows you just need to have a good experience with one...

You can just do as my mom convinced me to do with the pet hermit crabs I brought home from school back in the 4th grade and "set them free" in the woods behind your house... poor things... I'm convinced they didn't last the night. Not that I'm scarred by that experience or anything.

You should come over for a drink sometime soon, Meadows. We can play with the snake!

How about we spend a day catching cock roaches and snakes? If you do it, I'll do it ... as long as it's not a copperhead.

Rowan would never go for that. You don't think I've tried??

You know, when you put it in these terms, I feel like a shit heel for posting these pics. Please forgive me, my dear. I can't even look at pictures of cock roaches! (And don't bother posting them here, I'm not opening this thread again. )

Awh! That dog is adorable, Yas.
What's her name?

Giev and I went back and forth on names for a good hour... finally he suggested Hailie, and I thought that was pretty good. We'll have to see if my dad agrees when he gets home. She reminds me of a tomboy, so I wanted to name her Scout, like in To Kill a Mockingbird, but Giev wouldn't go for it.
