Oh I should add that I have a severe allergy to anything that lacks fat. Meadows and I play opposites.

Yeah, I think I'll bring Ho a nice big macadamia cashew butter sandwich this weekend. He'll love it.

actually i love macadamia nuts. that's why i pounded a whole jar in about 10 minutes. i just don't like the anaphalactic shock that comes afterward.
