The spotters got hurt more than the climbers on that problem. I got a nice bruise and knot on my arm from Justin and Wes has a pretty lil shiner for his efforts.Such a sick line. Props to Alex and Justin on the progres they made on it. I couldnt get my panies out of my ass long enough to commit to the top part. Def a project for this season.

Wes et al:
let me know the next time you folks are heading down to NC. I'm make sure and put up the twizzlers and cowbells long enough to do some pulling. Hound ears doesn't count, I'll be out west. and hopefully whitesides the weekend after that.
also.. if you all have the time the boulders at Moores are BIG really BIG

Moores looks pretty cool, and I hope that the bald is still in effect for the winter as well.
We will have to do a LRC / Twall trip this winter. Trad climbing is cool for a rest day...

You are always welcome to come bouldererering with the team. You are the only one who can push climbhigh on the dyno's. You two took some crazy falls last weekend!!

Hey speaking of falls...
this is something that makes me nervous everytime I climb outside or in.
I'm a female....I'm 5'10 and weigh 127 pds how do I 'spot' someone that weighs a lot more than me? I know what I try to do...and that's just make sure they land on the pad and don't hit their head...but as someone who's going to probably get knocked over by most boys that I try to spot...any more advice?
Even when the chics that are climbing with me try to spot me...it makes me nervous...I know they're a great spot but I'm afraid of hurting them since they are more often than not...smaller
