I started eating Chicken and fish this summer after Mike Portanda convinced me that I couldn't reach maximum strength without animal protien. No side affects other than wicked strength.

Beef is just more difficult to digest than the rest of the animal proteins, but a burger which is already chopped meat might not have such a bad effect. As everyone said, it depends on your body.

Man, I would never again eat chicken. There freaking filthy disgusting animals. ech. But I'll try the cow.

Cows are even more filthy. Take a trip to a dairy farm sometime and watch them stand in a pond drinking while they piss in it. There is no chicken in the world that stupid.Cows are the dumbest critters in the history of the world.

Just consider it a $50 break....... Eat, barf, shop!

Don't worry ynot, I've been around plenty of cows. I think chicken's are worse. Cows don't actually eat their own shit and piss. It's especially true the way the industry raises the chickens. They are really icky. Actually, I just dislike birds. I love them when they're in the trees singing their lil hearts out but I hate them when they're flying around. It comes from living in Cinci and DC where the pigeons are rampant. They repulse me.

That's all fine. I worked a dairy farm once and I just really hate cows.The chickens were free to roam.

Spragwa, is there a deadline for when you have to eat the beef? An expiration date, if you will? Do it at Miguels this Saturday and I'm sure we can get a crowd around to watch and cheer you on!..
