Will Ferral(sp?) in Anchorman. That's the most recent incarnation of it. I bet it isn't the first time it's been used.
I have a few that are good but they don't clear the rules. Ahh my former Navy friend.

you are correct...I would have posted one from Brick....but there were way too many funny ones to choose from....to think I didn't even really like the movie....save for Brick
