Congratulations to the A team! It sounds like a mutually workable solution is now a possibility.
The irony is that a workable solution has always been easily within reach. The climbers and Charmane have co-existed nicely for years until recently, and for want of a bit of mutual understanding and cooperation, we two parties should be able to continue to co exist without conflict.
For want of an open dialog and a cooperative attitude...
Keep the faith.

Great, now we can wait another month for them to choose another date and so forth. Why can't they just be aggresive :twisted: .

Because they are smart enough to understand that by taking the high road of accomodation and flexibility they show that their efforts are truely in good faith. When the ALJ (administrative law judge) ultimately rules on this it will be a slam dunk, thats if Charmane does't bring down a contempt charge first by dragging their feet and jacking us around.
We, the climbing community, have bought a piece of land with some serious strings attached and we are seeing the fruits this patient labor. Keep the faith.
