I've been doing some mountain biking over the past year. I have some good beta on some loops if you're interested.

Great! I was hoping to find more mountain biking.

For all, I welcome contributions. Each will be duly noted on the published map.

There's a couple ways we can do this. I can send a digitized topo quad and you can mark it up in your favorite graphic design app.

I can post the same topo quad on a website and we can discuss the course over the phone.

Or we can meet sometime.

Boyd, BTW I don't think the email @ the RRGCC website has been working for some time. You might want to resend through the http://www.thered.org website or use this email address: info@thered.org <info@thered.org>.

I believe that I sent an email to three addresses: info@thered.org, rrgcc@rrgcc.org, and via the coalition's online form.

It was Friday...I guess I'll send another...

As you can see from the thread on the Southern Region, the RRGCC is very busy getting ready for the mediation and to reopen the area back to climbing, so it may be awhile before you get an e-response. You might just want to give Shannon a call directly.

Per the USFS:

"The Red River Gorge Geological Area, on the Stanton Ranger District, is closed to bicycle use except on roads. "

Trails outside the geolocial area & wilderness area (and the state park) on USFS land allow mountain bike use....
