I was just joking dude. But this got me to thinking back a bit. I remember when we moved to O.C. in Indiana, around 1984. Our driveway to our house is shared by a local pizza business. We went to court and asked to have them repair our driveway because of the overuse that it saw, big huge potholes at the end of it due to there customers in and out. The court ruled in favor of the pizza house, stating that we had to fix our side of the driveway and they had to fix theirs. Neither of us could neglect to keep either side of the driveway in proper working order. Some sort of an easment that sounds similiar to the law that RRGCC posted on their site.

Point being I figure the court will rule in favor of RRGCC but probably state that each must take their part in upkeeping the roads. Just a prediction.

andy,
good point and I think you're probably right.

personally, I don't have a problem with helping maintain the roads the I use in the SR. I just need to make a little more money to make donations. I'm confident that things will get worked out...eventually.

I'm happy to see that most people are staying positive and helping "smooth" this relationship we're trying to build. It will pay off, the hard part is being patient!

nice try.... hahaha

no, I understand him better than anyone I think. I was refering to the driveway scenario you gave and the responsibility issues...

of course, you knew that.

BTW, how's the research going? on the economics of purgatory? Does living in Evansville make it easier to research? (laughing)
