I voted for Wes. Only because he's the only admin I know! hahah. BTW wes, some girl that works at Mercy Hospital was asking about you (didn't catch her name). Seems you always leave a trail on new climbers in your wake!

So it seems to me that what this poll has brought to light is that MORE moderation is needed. Actually, the person who was banned last night won't be missed and the quality of posts will go up while the quantity will go down. Watch.

i think a lot of crap has been going on behind the scenes that the rest of us are not privy to, and because this is not a democracy they are not required let us in on the secrets...
i love this site, ray for starting it and putting up with it and the moderators for everything they do.
BTW, i'm not biased either

Mia has it right, and it was pointed out to me that this recent action has made the site look like a popularity contest. Well it's not. I am sharing a PM that I sent to someone who was concerned (with his permission). Hopefully this will clear things up a little bit.
Sorry, but I'm not open to input on this so I don't feel a need for discussion. The person was not JH, but it was someone who has created a world of headache for the mods - intentionally. Most of what went on was quelled so you didn't see it, but that doesn't mean we have to explain it. We have a private forum for moderators where we discuss all this shit and we are all in agreement.
The fact is that we can't please everyone and I'm not going to try. I don't mean to be a hardnose, but I've been doing this long enough to know what works and what doesn't. Opening this kind of thing up for general discussion does not.
I would like to stress that this person was not banned for 'harmless trolling' because despite how it might have looked, we don't do that here. This was a special case.

Just ban everyone that doesn't suck the rrgcc's dick, ray's dick, ho's dick, or sandy's plastic dick, then maby people can have an intelligent conversation on this site, I mean that's what it's for right, people aren't allowed to have fun or express their true oninions are they?!?
