Based on your own criteria does the 990 still meet your demands or would Nikon have a new model that fills the requirements (features) you list? Thanks, my wife is interested and we're just old mechnical bod Nikon users. F2A, FT3, FE2.

You're breaking my heart! You don't have a pda/mp3 player that thing can go in? Serves me right for getting at 64MB two weeks ago.

Wes, does the HP use something proprietary or does it take a type I flash card?? Type I Flash will work in the Canon.

HP uses the SD format. I guess there are like 6 formats that digicams use. I also have a pc card that will read SD, but no CF, so that is for sale as well. $20.00

Wes, your pictures of Indian Creek have me drooling... I can't wait to climb there! Loren keeps promising me that if I belay him on his proj, we can go out there this summer... I suppose it's worth following him on Bedtime for Bonzo a few more times in order to get on those splitters out west.

Just put up maybe 20 pics from this weekend at rocktown.

The A80 rules for bouldering photos. The flip out and rotate LCD lets you shoot from crazy angles or from the top with ease. I haven't made any prints yet, but since it is 4 MP I think they should come out pretty well. On screen quality looks great. The ones I posted were reduced to 60% size.

Hope you all had as great a weekend as we did.
