stevceosaurus, I’m sorry that you have to build confidence by climbing that way! It seems as though it could really easily be deflated without a chance for you to rebuild it back up.

I can't see the point in soloing Mr. Bungle, but I also can't see why you are getting so worked up about it. If he was top roping through fixed gear, that'd be different (and castration would be appropriate). What he was doing wasn't hurting you.

You can't control the actions of others, only your own and therefore your reactions to them. If he was making you uncomfortable and infringing on your fun, you had the option to pick up and move. And before you say, "why should *I* have to move?" ask yourself why someone you are not with should do what makes *you* feel good.

im jus messin. I dont climb real hardcore but I like to trad climb. Once I was on that 5.6 thing at roadside called motha. I kept putting in the wrong tricams and was pissed off because it was late in the day. I thought, If put in another wrong size I'm gonna tire out, so I just went to the chains. people were watching and saying stuff under me, which they never do. I thought, "what's up with that?' After I clipped in and lowered, I saw that I was way way above any pro. Sometimes it jus feels good to go way out, esp. on something really sure. If I thought I was really going to fall I probably wouldn't have done it. Everybody has a climb like this somedays.

why do all you fuckin queers give a shit if you happen upon someone free soloing or clipping one bolt on mr. bungle. do you really think that person will care about your feelings? i wouldn't. everyone always says that climbing is for yourself...except in certain cases...hypocrittes.

What I want to knowstevosaur, is did you get any pussy off of longlegsrule, She is obviously the only reason that you were hanging your ass in the breeze on a 5.7.......So did she come up off of that punanni?

As for being burdened by hauling your carcass off of the hill.....I would take plenty of pictures and I would make you famous! So keep up the good work! Steve's not a dick like you are dirt...sounds like spuzo's not spreading her legs enough for you since you still seem so bitter

this is actually the first couple of guys I've climbed with, or even talked climbing with, in a long time that hasn't wanted some kind of pay back...from either of us gals they took out this weekend. If anything they were trying to pay me back for giving them a couple of warm beds in the basement to sleep in...

Any single gals out there...I would like to say that both of the guys I climbed with this weekend are top notch...truly enjoyable company that was there for the company and conversation of other climbers. Totally trustworthy and safe...not pushy...ya'll know the asshole type.
I would've jumped on the chance but I'm not exactly single.

Artsay...I meant to say that he climbed that 12 after not climbing for 2 yrs and only being back for 2 months...I'd say that's super star status. He is truly amazing to watch.

I surely hope this weekend's company gets many repeat gatherings in the future!!

LLR, obviously you and dirt have quite a lot of animosity for each other (*yawn*), but why do you have to drag spuzo into it? She's a nice girl and you're being a total bitch to her. I think you should edit that stuff out of your post - it's pretty crappy to say and it's not the first time you've done it to her.
