there's still the problem of reading the site without having to register. The only forum that guests can't read is the suck forum correct?

LLR, what problem is that?

It seems like we go through this whole 'big brother is watching' bs every year or so. Nothing is going to change - climbers are free to speak their minds here and Ray as well as the moderators (me included) are not going to stifle anyone. So what's the point? Besides, I've never seen proof that anything said on this bbs or climb kentucky had any effect whatsoever on the actions of the FS. If someone from the RRGCC can show otherwise, I'm sure we'd all appreciate being enlightened.

So what would a disclaimer do? Do you honestly think they would be like:

Bobby-Joe: Hey Jo-Bob, these climbers really suck! Did you read that shit they wrote about us?

Jo-Bob: Yea, I did Bobby-Joe, but didn't you see the disclaimer? They really don't mean what they write.

Bobby-Joe: Oh yea, I think I do remember reading that disclaimer Jo-Bob. You're right, they really are great people!

Be careful - they're gonna come around and kick all our asses, like on Jay and Silent Bob Strike Back!

I wonder what will happen to the tow truck co. when they find out they towed cars illegally..did they have permission from the land owner to tow cars off the land owners property? They could face thief charges..right?

Fucking assholes know that they towed cars illegally. They are saying that the Murray property isn't even on Fixer road. I talked to Jack-ass towing myself. The boss said that all the Lafayette/Murray property was in Powell county. All the property that the climbing is on is Charlie oil Property! That's what this is all about. You think that you are going to get some sort of satisfaction through the courts...you are out of you mind!!! Look at it from the perspective of a Elected Magistrate or judge..... Go with what is lawful or with what is in the best interest of the voting constituancy. The RRGCC, while bringing money into the area because climbers buy gas and food at local businesses, we do not live there(by and large). The CC has to convince the Local authorities that protecting the interests of the climbers is in their best interest! Money and votes....that is the only way that we are ever going to get satisfaction!!!

The next time that you go into Koops or the Shell. Any time you patronize a business...let them know that you are climbers. not just smelly hippies passing through...

Was there not an incident on climbkentucky after a bogus post that some individuals said they were going to go to a particular crag on a particular weekend and then on that weekend FS Law Enforcement showed up asking if anyone had seen these individuals?

Dirt, no one has attempted to contact the authorities for the illegal towing. Also, the County Road isn't Fixer. At least that's what I've been told as well.
