Lack of Waste
Re: Lack of Waste
I hear ya dude. They need tutelage. These kids should follow me and my buds for a weekend. Lately the only time I haven't been on a Friday night bar crawl was when I was on a road trip or at a festival. Used to be all my partners would party pretty hard. Now it's tough to even get a safety meeting at the crag any more. Half the time I don't even sober up til noon on Saturdays.Horatio Felacio wrote: SNIPPED.. there is definitely a HUGE lack of the use of mind-altering drugs and alcohol abuse in the climbing community at large here at the red. ...... any thoughts or suggestions on how to improve this?
I guess I'm a bit of a buzz hound though.

But I thought that the drugs were supposed to be WAY stronger and WAY more addictive these days. That's what John Ashcroft said. Apparently pot is so strong these days that if you smoke one puff of it you'll melt. So you'd better give me that stuff and I'll take care of it for you.ynot wrote:I think you are 30 years too late. Has anyone asked Rush Limbaugh about that Oxyconton stuff? I've heard it's very popular in Eastern KY.

That kind of happened to me when I lived in New Orleans... two or three times...Christian wrote:I don't know waking up tripping next to a public toilet in my own vomit does seem like fun. Man, I miss those old days
