Lora, this is very sad... I'm sorry I have not come to see you after your accident. It is for personal reasons, as a climber I do not want to see another climber injured. Maybe I am a selfish prick?
If you change your mind about selling the gear, you have a safe place for it here. I will store it, not use it, until you want to get back into the action.
I really truly hope you are doing ok, Lora. Hope to talk soon.
later,
Andy

Hey,
Matt here.. yep from the gym! Hated to hear about your accident and now I see that your selling your gear. I sincerelly hope you reconsider the idea of quiting. I understand needing to sell the gear and I'm sure everyone at the gym will agree that you'll never have to look far for partner who has plenty of gear they can share with you. I just hope you reconsider and not let this incident keep you away from something I know you loved.
Remember when I first started at the gym? You were there full of energy and motivation to help some newbie fresh from behind a computer desk learn the ropes. Well, now it's time to use all of that energy and motivation on yourself and work towards getting back on the rock. I have no idea about the extents of your injuries, but from the many come back stories I've heard, I only have positive feelings that you will also come back.
All the best to you Lora!
PS: I also vouch for her legitimacy concerning these items. I'll also mention this to Stephen who is a member of the gym Lora. I think he is in the market for some gear.

hey guys, sorry i was out for a bit on technical difficulties here in the sticks. but, i think we've cured it. and thank you matt and andy, it's good to hear from you guys, i miss everyone so much. and yeah matt, i'd love nothing more than to be back on some rock with you guys, but in i'm afraid i don't morally have a choice. you know how none of us can really explain why we climb...we just love it? well, unfortunately it's easy to explain why we have to quit. i'm missing a vertibrae and two disks in my back now (and no andy i don't blame you for not comming, i was so drugged i woudnt have remembered anyway). i'm afraid my back and my families emotions couldn't take the risk of me climbing outside again. i hope to see you all in the gym agian in a couple of months and until then...enjoy it for me.

I hope your recovery thing goes well. I understand the whole "family emotions" thing, especially after an injury...good luck with that.
