Yeah, Miguel is providing us with fresh ground wheat that he is grinding that morning...no lie. That's why the pancakes are whole wheat. That also makes them worth the money...in my humble yet correct opinion.

I hope you guys toast your milk to me since I'll be sitting up here in Canada instead of down there chowing on some kick ass pancakes (bacon please) like I was supposed to be.

Oh in that case, whole wheat it is! I wasn't saying the pancakes weren't worth the money. It's cost effective to the seller to buy cheaper (notice that your Ogsden Buck Wheat costs more than the others); I thought you were just going to run to the grocery to buy some mix. However, free wheat IS cost effective.
