Yes we do! The Coalition has already retained some "schmoe" to do the work. He's been there, checked it out and given the estimate. I'm only privy to parts of this though so that's all the info that I have on it. Sorry.

It sounded like the title for this property was a big mess, thus someone is going to be dredging through a big mess of old, hand-written, screwy leagaleze that's probably incomplete and/or contradictory. You couldn't pay me enough! Oi Vey!

One of the problems doing title work in rural areas of Indiana and I suspect in Kentucky is that if the mule or cow have moved since the last surveyor's visit it can really mess up property lines.(Title lawyer humor,get it)
