What do I think? I think it looks like an advanced external hemorrhoid in which case you should see a doctor for care. Otherwise it will burst causing severe pain and rectal bleeding. Definitely seek emergency care if it's strangulated - blood supply cut off to the hem.
Or would you rather hear, "Ooooh gross! Here comes my breakfast"?

Well that is what I ate (veggie kind)! I made an update anyway. I think I stunned him by not being thoroughly disgusted. He's just trying to steal Ho's limelight.
