Would anyone be interested in heading to Tower and Lower small this Sunday?? Between the two of us we are low on big gear.. (1 #4, 1 #5) and some of the routes are calling for several #4's and more then 1 #5..

had to give you shit man. I probably can't make it out but remember, you can always walk a #4 or #5 up the wall a bit, and no one is above aid climbing for the TR on occasion.

Keyword being a bit. I know someone who got hurt badly doing this (helicopter evac.).

I'd like to hear more, did he walk it into a bad spot, fall while moving it up, was the belayer swatting deer flies?. A solid 5 or 6 should be bomb proof.

Probably wasn't intended, but I got a kick out of the whole 'no one is above aid climbing' since you're pulling down on the gear.

Except when the trigger is engaged and you are looking for another spot above for it.

Megmay is so badass she once beat down the French Foreign Legion with a tampon and a butter knife. She doesn't use 5's and 6's... she calls that size walking.

Actually, my climbing partner brought that up.. She was able to borrow a second 4. So that will help.

If you had mentioned earlier you were climbing with a girl you might have gotten more volunteers.
