I didn't see the coopers rock guide in there. While it is not the best guide by any means it is OK andwith it only being one state over there may be a chance you are driving by one day and may want to take a quick detour.

read closer my friend... i already have the coopers guidebook... when i was living in pittsburgh i would frequent that place. great bouldering!

I guess I'm lacking in NC guides... which ones are the best?

The big guider for smith rock is really good to have - very complete with 100s of routes for that area. Extends beyond Smith into the surrounding areas as well.

The old Matt Massey guide to American Crag in KY is one of the best I've seen. Lots of great cartoon drawings and stuff. Kind of like the Ten Sleep guide.
