sandy, just tough it out and before you know it, you will be back climbing. time off can actually help your climbing in the long-run. it is hard the first few days back, but i have known many people that have come back from injuries climbing way better than they had before. so, hope this helps get you through the next few weeks.
Holy shit, Sandy! I'm so so so sorry to hear that it's so serious!! I'll miss the hell out of you, but I totally understand that you need to rest it completely. What happened to cause that?

Sandy, take the arm recuperation advice. I popped a little ligament in my left ankle/foot pushing too hard(12/01). I was in PT for 3 months, I kept reinjuring it (not climbing, but putting too much on the ankle doing other stuff)
depression set in not climbing. Finally started climbing again 3/03.
I try to be a good man but all that comes
of trying is I feel more guilty.
