Well, there are certainly lots of rocks around your area. But, compared to the red, it's mostly sparse, short, dirty, and certainly no bolts (although I've found a few here and there on different parts of Pine Mountain).
Bouldering gyms? No way.

there is some stellar rock in the Prestonsburg area. grab a topo and go exploring or check out the (illegal?) routes near Stonecrest Golf Course. if you head east there are some excellent looking (and very very solid) blocks on the Geologic Trail and Prospector's Trail at the Breaks Interstate Park. maybe try Pool Point on the way to the park? there are also a few cool looking roofs on the ridge overlooking Pikeville, but i've not taken the time to check them out.
good luck.

Its only like a 20 minute drive to a great place for climbing but I have no way to get there. It's 60 degrees here again today and I am debating just randomly hiking into the hills and hoping for the best.

There's a parrot shop which may teach you how to echo the words of the world champions and that can give others the illusion that you are a pro.

Be careful hiking around Prestonsburg and Pikeville, you just might run into a crop that you shouldn't be near and or a parade of pill zombies!

What about building a small woodie and/or mounting a hangboard. Put some music on and work out for an hour or so every couple days to maintain. I build a small, freestanding a-frame wall that's wide enough to ladder up and down to get in some endurance reps.
Then, drive to Lex or wherever every other weekend and treat yourself to a long session at a gym if it's too cold to get outside. Maybe split gas with some like minded buddies.
