Yeah all steel. These buildings are real nice. I wired tons of them during the years I did commercial electrical work. They are used for everything from factories to stores to medical centers. If anyone needs one put up, let me know. They should only get easier from here.

Not only is it more fireproof, but termites and mold are greatly reduced too. Build anything out of wood in this area and you'll be pressure washing the black mold off and feeding critters before you know it. These also have a fifty year warranty. Did I mention if you need one put up let me know?

We got the temp. electric hooked up yesterday four and a half years after the fire. Yeah!!!
First order of business,CRANK UP THE TUNES!
I spent the better part of the afternoon jackhammering concrete! Damn it felt good!
Matt got these shears for cutting through the steel framing that totally kick arse. No more worn out hands from cutting steel with tin snips.
I love electricity!!
