Loren and I talked to him this past Monday (I'm pretty sure he said his name is Charles, though my memory sucks when it comes to names), and he's a really nice guy, just homeless. He lives here in the summer and Florida in the winter, and is really intent on helping prevent the break-ins. I think it's really cool of him to help us out like he's doing.

So how is he helping prevent break-ins?
He knows about it and is watching for suspicious people or what?
That's cool if that's what's happening. Maybe we ought to take up a collection for him. Throw a few bucks his way.

Jeff, yeah he knows about the break-ins, and since he doesn't have anything else to do or anywhere else to go, he sits there so that the lot is not left unsupervised.
