If its in a low visibility spot (or at least not some bright shinny color) and making the route safer, should it be removed? a couple cleaning draws scattered around is much lower impact visibly compared to full equipped routes.

I put that up there within the last couple months and i used a wrench so no wanker would be able to take it off with some deliberate effort. It was intended as a cleaning draw. If someone wants to take it down feel free; i'm not going to be in the area for a while to do it myself.
Sand inhibits the production of toughtosterone, so get it out and send.

In the eyes of NFS fixed draws is development that promotes increased utilization which leads to increased impact.

so by the transitive property

Fixed Draws=Increased Impact
