I once asked a friend if there was any climbing near or around Cinci (I was interested in moving there once... I think?!). His reply was casual... "Goto Over-The-Rhine and follow the group of people who are running and are being chased by guys in a blue uniform. They will eventually be climbing a fence at some point in their journey."
