Just got back from a week at Red Rocks and it was balls cold for the first two days but then got into the upper 40s or so which felt awesome in the sun. There are some walls which get sun all day they get crowded. The sun goes down around 4:45 so be prepared for short days unless you get out really early but then you're fighting the cold. We climbed 4 on without gettong too trashed because of the short days.

There should be some info for Red Rocks online (Mountain Project, 8a.nu, etc) plus a really good printed guidebook that will easily get you to all the popular crags (though I suggest not to use the directions to Stratocaster and instead find alternate online directions from the 3rd pulloff). Great winter climbing crag and tons of moderate sport routes plus some great nearby entertainment on the strip, of course (phenomenal off-season ticket sales right now too!).

Here's what was asked for:
"Either bouldering, or single pitch sport, or a combo of both. Wold like to find an area with some good moderate climbs."
Also, blow me, you fucking knob-knocker.

He is in Colorado. They think they have the market cornered on good climbing. That is why we always encourage manifest destiny. "Everything is better on the front range. You should definitely go there. You will love Boulder Canyon..."
