Saving it in Paint still looked a ton better than a JPG on quality 1 in Photoshop though, and it's file size was small enough to work.
If anyone has a picture they need cropping and or turned in to an avatar, just post it in here and I'll make it in to an avatar for you. Just state whether you want it cropped or not.
I bumped up the max size restriction.

Good idea Ray.
Yasmeen, that story needs to be passed down through generations, and so I like to tell it myself even though I have nothing to do with it.
