I know where a couple of old saw blades are and I got a welder....any donor bikes?

not a spoof. the teeth appear backwards because of rotational visual parallax.

it's why spinner rims look so 'dope'.

Actually, that only occurs when seeing the object spin in person or on video. Because this is a still photo wherein the shutter speed was high enough to freeze the motion of the wheel, the image is accurate and the teeth are backward.
