I suggest working with this little guy in cartoon form as our mascot/ icon. Little guy can climb and he is always at the crag! Five lined, five banded, or blue tailed skink. The 3 choices look too serious.

I like 2 the best. It has a classic look, communicates that it is related to rock climbing and it is not EXXXTREEEEEME! (Except for the battle-axes)

Keep working at it. So far I would go with the skink. They are pretty cool. Simple makes a more elegant, stronger statement.
