As far as the opening date, it's going to take a bit because of the amount of work that has to be done to turn this house into a restaurant, and the parties involved all have 'full time' jobs and kids. We could have contracted the work out and it would have been quicker, and definitely a lot easier, but we want to do it ourselves so we can have it just the way we want and for the experience of making it our own, and most importantly, to save our families money.
Speaking of which, we are looking for some able bodied volunteers to help out with the first construction bout, anytime within August 4-18. If you're interested, pm or email me for details. Feel free to swing by either way just to say hello.
